Commisioned work Policy

At Divine Dimension Studio, each custom piece is created through a deeply intuitive process. Your selected size and color palette serve as the foundation, but the final artwork is shaped by my artistic vision, instinct, and the natural rhythm of the materials. Every sculpture is a one-of-a-kind expression of movement,
emotions, and energetic resonance.

Please note that all of my pieces are intentionally frameless. Each fabric-based artwork is meticulously
wrapped around its base, forming a seamless, sculptural surface that embodies depth, softness, and
dimensional flow. This presentation is integral to my artistry and allows the textures to be experienced in
their purest, unconfined form.

Because of their delicate, multidimensional nature, my creations are not designed to be pressed, handled,
or placed standing on the floor. These pieces require gentle care and should be displayed on the wall
or stored laying flat to preserve their integrity and longevity.

To ensure clarity and a smooth creative journey, the following guidelines outline the custom order process and expectations.

Textural Variations & Material Qualities

Each sculpture is created using hand-manipulated fabric that is individually coated, shaped, and finished. Because this process is entirely artisanal, natural variations in softness, firmness, and textural density will occur throughout the piece. These subtle differences are not imperfections—they are the signature of true handcrafted work and contribute to the depth, dimensionality, and tactile richness of every creation.

No two areas will ever feel identical, just as no two pieces can ever be the same. These organic variations are an intentional part of my artistic language and reflect the fluid, sculptural nature of the medium.

How It Works

1. Comission Details — Size & Color Palette

Each commissioned piece begins with your selected size and color palette.
Beyond these foundation elements, the artwork unfolds intuitively.
I do not replicate existing designs, follow sketches, or fulfill specific visual requests.
Each sculpture is guided by my artistic instinct and shaped through an organic, meditative process.

2. 50% Non-Refundable Deposit — Commitment to Creation

To initiate a commissioned work, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
This deposit secures materials, studio time, and the creative process itself.
It also represents a mutual commitment
to proceed with the work and to honor the process through which the piece is brought into being.

3. Creative Process — No Client Intervention

Once the creation process begins, it must remain uninterrupted.

For this reason:

• Progress images are provided
• Revisions or changes cannot be requested
The work evolves intuitively through movement, material, and flow

This approach ensures the work remains cohesive, authentic, and true to its intended expression.

4. Creation Timeline — Precision Requires Patience

The standard creation time is 14–21 business days, excluding delivery.
As each work is handcrafted with precision and care, timelines may vary slightly based
on complexity and studio schedule.

5. Completion & Final Approval

Upon completion, you will receive final photographs of the finished work.

At that stage, you may choose one of the following:

• Accept the artwork — the remaining balance is paid, and delivery is arranged.
• Decline the work — the deposit is forfeited, and the comissionis considered complete.

This structure protects the integrity of the creative process while allowing the final decision
to be made only when the completed work fully resonates.

Important Considerations

Fabric as a Sculptural Medium

My work is created from coated, hand-shaped fabric composed of natural and/or synthetic fibers.
As with all organic materials, natural variations are inherent to the medium and will occur.

These may include:
• areas of varying firmness or softness
• subtle irregularities
• visible fibers or fine textural nuances
• natural variation in surface texture

These qualities are not flaws.
They are intrinsic characteristics of authentic, handcrafted sculptural work.
No two areas are identical, just as no two works can ever be the same.

Frameless by Design

Each piece is intentionally frameless.
The fabric is wrapped around its base to create a seamless, dimensional surface that functions

as its own natural frame.
This approach preserves the flow, depth, and integrity of the form, allowing the sculpture
to exist without visual interruption or external structure.

Viewing & Perspective

The works are designed to be appreciated from a short viewing distance.
When viewed too closely, fine details such as fibers, micro-variations, or subtle surface
irregularities may be visible.

These elements are part of the material language of fabric-based sculpture
and reflect its artisanal nature.

Alignment & Audience

This work is intended for those who value:
• texture
• individuality
• intuitive expression
• handcrafted process
• organic, non-symmetrical form

If factory-level uniformity, machine precision, or perfect symmetry are expected,
this work may not be the appropriate fit.

Each piece is created for those who appreciate depth, originality, and the presence of the handmade.

Final Sale Policy

All commissioned works are final sale.
Because each piece is created specifically through an individualized creative process:

• returns are not accepted
• cancellations are not permitted once creation has begun
• refunds are not issued following final payment

By submitting a commission request and proceeding with the work, these terms are acknowledged
and accepted.
