Custom Order Policy
At Divine Dimension Studio, I create unique works of art through an intuitive process, guided solely by the size and color palette provided by the client. Each piece is a manifestation of my artistic vision, deeply rooted in harmonious, soft lines and delicate swirls. My creations are more than just decorative pieces—they are expressions of energy, emotion, and individuality.
Please note that all of my artwork is frameless by design—each fabric-based piece is carefully wrapped around its base, creating a seamless, multidimensional effect that is integral to my artistic vision. My creations are meant to be experienced in their purest form, free from conventional framing, allowing the textures and depth to speak for themselves
My designs are delicate and not intended to be pressed, played with, or placed in a standing position on the floor. Each piece is a fragile creation and should be treated with care. My art is designed to be hung or stored in a lay-flat position to preserve its quality and longevity.
To ensure a smooth creative process and a transparent collaboration, I have established clear guidelines that outline the order process and expectations.

EVERY PIECE IS UNIQUE
CRAFTED ONCE
NEVER REPEATED
How It Works
1. Placing an Order – Selecting Size and Color Palette
Every piece I create is fully intuitive, meaning the client provides only the size and color palette as the foundation for the composition. There is no option to specify precise design details—I do not replicate existing patterns or execute specific visual requests. My work is guided by my artistic instincts and an innate sense of aesthetics.
2. 50% Non-Refundable Deposit – Commitment to the Process
To initiate the creation process, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required. This deposit covers the cost of materials, time investment, and the artistic process. It serves as a commitment from both the artist and the client to honor the creative journey.
3. The Creative Process – No Client Intervention
Art is an organic process, one that requires freedom and uninterrupted creative flow.
For this reason, I do not provide progress photos, and once the process has begun, no modifications can be made. This ensures the work remains cohesive and true to its artistic intent.
4. Production Time – Precision Requires Patience
The standard turnaround time is 14–21 business days, plus shipping. Each piece is crafted with care and meticulous attention to detail, meaning production times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the composition.
5. Completion & Final Approval
Once the artwork is complete, I will send final photographs of the finished piece. At this stage, the client makes a decision:
If the artwork is accepted, the remaining balance must be paid in full, and the piece will be carefully packaged and shipped to the provided address.
If the client chooses not to proceed, the deposit is forfeited, and the transaction is considered finalized.
Important Considerations
Fabric as the Primary Medium – Natural Textures & Characteristics
My works are created using fabric as the primary material, composed of natural or synthetic fibers. Unlike smooth, uniform surfaces, fabric has its own texture, nuances, and organic irregularities, which contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. Fibers, slight inconsistencies, or delicate variations in the surface are inherent to the material and should not be considered flaws—they are an integral part of my artistic style.
Additionally, my artwork is designed to be frameless, as the fabric itself wraps around the canvas, creating a natural, seamless frame. This distinctive technique enhances the organic flow of the piece, making it a harmonious and complete form of art without the need for an external frame.
Artwork Should Be Viewed from the Proper Perspective
Each composition is designed to be appreciated from a few steps away. Examining it too closely may reveal tiny details, such as fabric fibers, microscopic specks of paint, or subtle irregularities, which are natural in handmade, fabric-based artwork. Art is not about mechanical perfection—it is an expressive, organic process meant to be experienced as a whole.
Who My Artwork Is For
My creations are designed for individuals who appreciate uniqueness, texture, and the artisanal nature of fabric-based art. If someone expects flawless symmetry or factory-like precision, my work may not be the right fit. This is art for those who value depth, originality, and the beauty of handcrafted pieces.
Final Sale Policy – No Returns or Refunds
Each artwork is custom-made to order, and as such, I do not accept returns or refunds. Once the final payment has been made and the piece has been delivered, our transaction is complete.
By placing an order, you fully acknowledge and accept these terms.
